Software house · Cairo

We build the software that runs real operations.

Billing, ledgers, payments and the daily workflows behind them — in Arabic and English. We’re the team behind Atriom, the operations platform running Egyptian retail malls.

Our product

Atriom — every mall transaction, in one set of books.

Atriom runs the commercial life of a shopping centre: leases, the monthly billing run, service-charge recoveries, collections and a full double-entry general ledger. Built Arabic-first for how Egyptian malls actually work, and in live use today.

Tenant portal · Dashboard
Atriom tenant portal: outstanding balance, overdue invoices, active leases and open requests

How money moves through it

  1. 01

    Lease

Terms, escalations and the charge schedule everything bills from.

  2. 02

    Billing run

Monthly invoices, prorated and taxed correctly, without re-typing.

  3. 03

    Recoveries

Service charges, utilities and percentage rent, apportioned back.

  4. 04

    Collection

Cash, transfer, card, InstaPay or post-dated cheques.

  5. 05

    Ledger

Every document posts double-entry, per property.

  6. 06

    Statements

Trial balance, income statement, balance sheet and owner statements.

Four surfaces, one source of truth

  • For the operator

Work with us

What we build for clients

The same team and the same standards behind Atriom, applied to your business.

  • Operations & ERP platforms

Systems that replace spreadsheets and re-typing — leasing, billing, inventory, HR, facility and reporting — built around how your team actually works.

  • Payments & financial systems

Online payments, payment links, invoicing and ledgers that reconcile. Paymob, InstaPay, bank transfer and Egyptian tax, done properly.

  • Web & mobile apps in Arabic and English

Customer portals, admin dashboards and iOS/Android apps that read naturally in both languages, right-to-left included.

How we build

Built to be trusted with money

Software that touches money has to refuse the wrong things. These are the standards we hold every project to.

  • Financial records are never deleted.

Mistakes are corrected with a reversal or credit note, leaving a trail an auditor can follow.

  • Every change is recorded.

A complete audit trail of who changed what, and when.

  • Data stays where it belongs.

People see only the properties, branches or companies they are assigned to.

  • The rules check themselves.

Automated checks guard the critical rules on every change, so nothing breaks quietly.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We learn the problem and how your team works today.

  2. 02

    Scope & quote

A clear scope, timeline and price.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles, with a working demo at the end of each.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

We stay on for fixes, improvements and growth.
